Fully welded sash horns now available!

Fully welded sash horns now available! Most manufactrers will offer you sash horns that are bolted or even just stuck on to your original sash, sometines the white colours don’t even match and of course these are easily snapped off  by the end users. Our investment in milling machinery specially adapted for the sole purpose of sash horn manufacture means that we are the only uPVC  manufacturer making this sash horn. Needless to say we make them on time when  you need them!

Our sash horns truly add a traditional look to uPVC frames and are perfect for replacing wooden sash windows. Call us on 0161 423 2323 for more information or check our windows page on this site.

Second Saw Centre has just been commissioned

Here at Alexander Windows we have just commissioned a second saw centre which takes our output capacity to 1500 frames per week! This doubling of our capacity means that your Trade frames are always ready on time when you need them. The name ’saw centre’ doesn’t do it justice because this machine does every cut, mitre, drilling and routing that is required in the finished article.  It even knows what off-cuts have been produced and will call for them when it can use them, thus minimising the waste.

New extension is now completed

With our production capacity now exceeding 1500 frames a week our new extension is an essential requirement for our Trade uPVC windows and doors.

Products are now easily located as and when required for our Trade customers minimising the delay when collecting from us and of course making it easier for Brendan to load his van more efficiently. Our orders for System 3 double glazed units are also more safely stored in this new area.
