Roofing Options

Glazing Options
Polycarbonate – available in 25mm, 35mm thickness and in clear, bronze, solar ice (25mm only) opal, blue/opal (25mm only), bronze/opal,  heatguard/opal.
Glass – available in toughened clear, blue*, low ‘E’, ‘ActiV’, ‘Celsius’ & ‘Celsius’ plus.

Roof Options
K2 roof available in White, Rosewood or Golden Oak. Powder coated Aluminium roofs in RAL colours are also available upon request.

Maximum Span

Edwardian and Victorian maximum width 5 metres.
Lean-to/Sunroom maximum projection 2.8 metres with glass.
All of the frames we supply for conservatories are fully reinforced with posts cut through the cills to brickwork for maximum load bearing and glass roofs.

Top Tips when advising your customerWM6D0132

  • Make sure your customer has thought carefully about the main use for their new conservatory.
  • Choose the materials wisely ensuring your customer is very careful about the position of the conservatory in relation to the sun and neighbouring buildings and fences.
  • Bigger is not always better. make sure your customer realises that the new conservatory should complement the house and garden not dominate them.
  • Ensure that adequate ventilation is provided and maybe roof fans or even air conditioning.
