FD-30 fire Doors

Our FD-30 fire doors are manufactured with a timber hybrid design and are built to delay the spread of fire and smoke while being robust and low maintenance.

Fire Door Features:

-FD-30 Dual Certificated for fire and security

- Timber core for optimum stability

- Grade 13 stainless steel fire door hinges

- Part M compliant threshold

- Graphite based intumescent seals

- Patented glazing system with security and fire glass

- TS008 Fire rated letterplate with security cowel

Manufactured using a solid timber core covered with Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) skins on both front and back sides. This makes the door sturdy and long-lasting while being low-maintenance.

The door frame consists of a central timber core, enclosed by a UPVC outer skin, ensuring structural stability during a fire or security situation.
